This cover was issued to commemorate the January 5th, 1981 meeting of Ronald Reagan and Mexico President Jose Lopez Portillo. This was issued prior to the inauguration of Reagan. The postage stamp is from Mexico. There is a cachet with seals of Mexico and the US on the left side of the envelope. The cover measures 3 5/8″ by 6 1/2″ and is in fine condition.
