Dale played professionally baseball for 20 years including 5 years in the majors and was an excellent hitter with an average of .331. The pinback is in good condition with a small dent near the number “27”.

Orbit Gum issued a set of 55 litho baseball player pinbacks (both American and National League teams) in 1932. This 3/4″ pinback is for Dale Alexander of the Boston Red Sox. Dale played professionally baseball for 20 years including 5 years in the majors and was an excellent hitter with an average of .331. The pinback is in good condition with a small dent near the number “27”. No manufacturer’s name appears on the pinback.
