Welcome to Americana Trading Post
I had a passion for collecting at 8 years of age. After collecting for 50 years, it’s time to share my collection with other collectors.
I selected the website name, Americana Trading Post, with two thoughts in mind. “Americana” suggests our rich historical past and the antiques and vintage collectibles that are tangible items that connect us to our past. “Trading Post” reminds me of going to the general store (like the old 5 & 10 cent stores in the 1950’s and 1960’s) and seeing the wide variety of merchandise for sale. I loved the toy sections as a child.
I have many inexpensive items (less than $10) for the new collector and rare items for the advanced collector.
As I have over 10,000 items to add to the website, it will take months to add everything, so please stop back often. I will attempt to add between 50 to 100 new items per week.

On my website, you will find many categories of historical antiques and vintage collectibles – items from the mid-1800s to the present day. My collecting interest includes sports, political, advertising, and military to name just a few.
