Prince George’s County is in Maryland, near Washington DC. It measures 1 1/2″ across and is in good condition with minor surface wear. I am not sure of the exact age, but would estimate that it is pre-1950. The manufacturer’s name is marked into the metal on the back “Lamb S & S Co. / Wash DC.”
