Here is an unusual and large red, gray & blue automobile attachment for Wendell Willkie for President. It has the same design on both sides. Willkie was the Republican Presidential candidate in 1940 but would lose to FDR. It measures 5 1/2″ by 14″ and is in good condition with a scratch near the “I” in President and a few other marks. The metal flat pole measures 8 3/4″ in length. It is made of a fiberboard material. This attachment would look great on an auto from the period or in a display. The manufacturer’s name is along the metal edge “Dist By SYGN Adv. Co. / Youngstown O”.
