Thomas Mooney and Warren Billings were labor leaders who were falsely convicted and jailed for their suspected involvement in the Preparedness Day (Preparedness parade for potential involvement in WWI)  bombing in San Francisco on July 22, 1916.   Ten people were killed in the explosion.  Their appeal would go to the Supreme Court and would be pardoned in 1939.  This attractive and historical pinback is 1″ across and is in excellent condition.  The backpaper is for Brunt / Badges, Banners, Buttons / San Francisco.
