The 1st US Troops entered combat in Europe in October 1917. These strip cards (which are now over 100 years old) were available on the home-front from local stores. Each strip card had a different Troop Division or Corp. Insignia. The cards were printed on thin cardboard stock and measure approximately 1 1/2″ by 2 1/2″. The cards are in good condition with minor wear along the edges. I am selling these cards for $2.50 each.
This photo has the following better division insignia cards – Tank Corps, 301st Tank Battalion, Aviation Corp and the Anti-Aircraft Corps. The United States would use tanks and aircraft in battle for the first time in World War I.

Adults and kids collected this cards. Each strip card had a different Troop Division or Corp. Insignia. The cards were printed on thin cardboard stock and measure approximately 1 1/2″ by 2 1/2″. The cards are in good condition with minor wear along the edges. I am selling these cards for $2.50 each. I will provide a 10% discount if you purchase 6 or more cards (you can mix and match from the 6 groups on my website).
