It measures 7/8″ across and is in very good condition with a few minor marks which are visible on close inspection. It is marked #31 (from a set of cartoon pinbacks) and includes the text “Barney Google / DeBeck”. It is marked around the curl “Western Theatre Premium Co. / Los Angeles”.

Barney Google was a very popular cartoon character that was created by Billy DeBeck in 1919 and remained popular for decades. It measures 7/8″ across and is in very good condition with a few minor marks which are visible on close inspection. It is marked #31 (from a set of cartoon pinbacks) and includes the text “Barney Google / DeBeck”. It is marked around the curl “Western Theatre Premium Co. / Los Angeles”. It may have been a give-away at a movie theatre.
