This red and black ribbon is from an Annual Encampment of the Women’s Relief Corp (an auxiliary of the Grand Army of the Republic) in Fremont, Nebraska on May 12th to 14th, 1903 . The WRC was formed in 1883. It measures 6 3/4″ long and is in good condition except for a few folds and three small black marks on the right side of the ribbon.
