This metal pen was awarded to Laverne A. Morrow in 1959 (marked on the side of the pen). It also states ” The Pacific Tel. & Tel. Co. / Traffic Department / Attendance Emblem” in black lettering on the gold color. The pen has a floating bell in the liquid container at the top of the pen. The pen is 5 1/2″ long, in excellent condition, and was well made.
