Max Fleisher was a pioneering animator and the head of Fleisher Studios. He brought Betty Boop and other cartoon characters to the movie screen. This litho pinback is from the 1930s and has a cute cartoon drawing of Betty Boop. It measures 7/8″ across and is in very good condition. It is marked #27 (from a set of cartoon pinbacks). The Betty Boop cartoons were very popular at the time. It is marked around the curl “Western Theatre Premium Co. / Los Angeles”. It may have been a give-away at a movie theatre.
