This litho pinback is from the 1930s and has a cartoon drawing of a Tillie (a 1920s flapper character). It measures 7/8″ across and is in very good condition. It is marked #32 (from a set of cartoon pinbacks) and includes the text “Tillie the Toiler by Russ Westover”. It is marked around the curl “Western Theatre Premium Co. / Los Angeles”. It may have been a give-away at a movie theatre.
