This large 3 1/2″ pinback states simply “Beatlemania”. It is in very good condition with very minor surface wear and some rust spots on the back which do not impact the front design. The manufacturer’s name appears on the curl “NG Slater , NYC 11”. I think this pinback dates to the early 1960s.
