The 4th cover appears to be ceremonies by the Royal Arch Masons on January 11, 1977 (Ford lost to Jimmy Carter who would be inaugurated as President on January 20th, 1977). Each cover has a different cachet design. The covers measure 3 5/8″ by 6 1/2″ and are in fine condition. The price for all 4 covers is $9.00.
