The first Pan American Transpacific flight occurred in 1936, so this pinback dates to 1951. Pan Am closed in 1991. The pinback measures 1 1/2″ across and is in very good condition.

Pan American World Airways Pinback 1951
This attractive advertising pinback is for the 15th Anniversary of the Pan American World Airways Transpacific Service. The first Pan American Transpacific flight occurred in 1936, so this pinback dates to 1951. Pan Am closed in 1991. The pinback measures 1 1/2″ across and is in very good condition. There is no manufacturer’s name or backpaper. I will also be adding a ribbon from the transpacific service to my website.
